Ola Alexanderson

Biography
B.Sc. in Social Science, Lund University 1991. Ph.D. in Business Administration, Lund University 1999.

Ola Alexanderson was lecturer and research assistant at Växjö University 1991-1994. Doctoral student at School of Economics and Management 1994-1998. He was a project manager at EFL., Executive Foundation Lund 1999-2000. Assistant professor (part-time) at the dep. of Service Management, Lund University 2001-2002, Ass. Professor (part-time) in Work Science at Malmö University 2000-2002. At the division of Production Management, Lund Institute of Technology, he served as guest lecturer during 2000-2002, and currently as full-time assistant professor.

Teaching
Ola Alexanderson has been teaching a wide range of courses especially in Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.

Research
Ola Alexanderson´s research has mainly been in the areas of business development and organisational change. His current interest is management of external resources and competence.
