Mona Becker

Biography
Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering, Linköping University, 1983.

Mona Becker worked for ABB Västerås 1983-88. During that time she first worked as internal consultant, specialising in industrial engineering- and capital rationalisation. From January 1986 she was employed at ABB Robotics as manager of production scheduling and logistics.

1988-97 she worked for SAAB Military Aircraft, Linköping. She was first a planning engineer at the department for master scheduling and became 1989 controller at SAAB Military Aircrafts sector for R&D.

Teaching
Mona Becker has been teaching both courses given for students at universities and courses for people employed at Swedish industry.

At university level she has been teaching Operations Research and economic basic courses. In the industry she worked with courses in production and material planning, capital rationalisation and basic industrial economic courses connected to the different administrative systems the company used.

Mona Becker is now working at Lund University and she is responsible for the basic course in Managerial Economics, MIO012 and MIOA01.
