Peter joined the Division of Production Management as an Assistant Professor in the fall of 2009 and was promoted to Associate Professor 2015. Before that he held a position as Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Economics at Linnæus University and as a visiting professor at Zaragoza Logistics Center. Ph.D. in Production Management from Lund Institute of Technology/Lund University in 2005. His research interests lie in the area of inventory theory, supply chain management and logistics. A special focus is placed on stochastic multi-echelon inventory problems and the intersect between opertions and finance. He has published in various scientific journals including Management Science, Operations Research, Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research and Omega. Peter's teaching experience include various courses in Operations Research, Production and Inventory Management, Quality Control and Quality Management, Managerial economics, Business administration, and Accounting. He has taught in the engineering programs at Linnæus University and Lund University, undergraduate and graduate programs at Linnæus University’s School of Business and Economic, the ZLOG-progam at Zaragoza logistic center as well as various PhD and Master courses at Universities around Europé
